Expanding Horizon – Launching a brand in the Middle East Region.

Challenge

i3R Global was hired in 2015 to help one of India’s most prominent companies in the Middle East launch its real estate business. The goal was to help non-resident Indians (NRIs) invest in business opportunities in their home country. However, penetrating the Middle Eastern business was very hard. We needed to develop a complete strategy that would work with the region’s economy and culture. We had to build a presence for our business and get quality leads and customers to interact with us.

Approach

Our core strategy team and PR specialists came up with a targeted plan to deal with these challenges. Focusing on the client’s brand goals and objectives, the team came up with a theme that resonated with the aspirations of potential investors. The strategy involved:

  • An event which included a press conference as well as a product launch attended by key figures such as local bureaucrats, corporate leaders, and high-net-worth individuals.
  • An integrated week-long campaign that included media coverage, direct customer engagement, and channel partner engagement.
  • Communication efforts aimed at educating both channel partners and customers about the investment opportunities.
  • By hosting the event in Dubai, the brand was able to cement its position in the Middle East as a trusted entity, while also building critical partnerships with local businesses and influencers.

Solution

i3R Global executed a highly successful strategy that resulted in:

  • A positive impact on brand visibility through media coverage and high-profile participation at the launch event.
  • Creating a tailored experience for channel partners and investors that results in greater customer engagement and trust.
  • Developing strategic alliances with local partners to expand the client’s Middle Eastern presence.
  • Successful week-long investment drive resulting in solid leads and sales conversions.

With the completion of this project, i3R Global has set a new benchmark for its Middle East operations, with a full-time presence in the MENA region by 2018.
